Meet Brandon
A good recommendation deserves great follow-through.
Brandon is Haines Wilson’s Head of Implementation. Once a client and broker have agreed on the lending direction, his team takes responsibility for keeping the application, documentation and lender communication moving.
The implementation journey can include submission, conditional approval, satisfying lender requirements, unconditional approval, loan documents, pre-settlement checks and settlement itself.
Brandon keeps those moving parts connected and the milestones visible, giving clients a clear point of support while the broker remains focused on the lending strategy and relationship.
